The rooms were fantastic, nice and large. Everything was so new and clean, lots of public area space and a large free carpark, the guest laundry was also a bonus. The front desk staff were so helpful and enthusiastic as well. The well appointed breakfast was also a nice touch.

I have stayed in the suite with comfortable beds. The price is just right - me$ 165. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a quite area, wineries and downtown, and restaurants. The room with excellant beds. Had a peaceful stay on a business trip & would come here again.

The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for our needs. Jasmine at front desk was particularly helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but the dining area staff could improve their friendliness. A well-maintained hotel overall, with convenient access to local attractions.

Clean rooms and great indoor pool. Breakfast had nice variety. Shower head sprays water everywhere. Could use better maintenance.

This hotel perfectly suits my needs with free wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff was super helpful during my first stay, assisting with car service. I always return for my city trips!

The room was spacious and comfy for our family with two little kids. The breakfast buffet was a hit, especially the variety , made feeding everyone easy. The staff was really attentive, helping us with requests like more bedding promptly.

My kids wished the pool had been heated, as it was too cold for them to enjoy fully.

Spacious rooms with modern decor. The indoor heated pool offered a nice retreat, especially after a day exploring the local vineyards.

The bathroom sink stopper didn't work, made things a bit awkward. The lighting design is puzzling. The only accessible switch when entering the room requires fumbling in the dark to find the bed lights, quite a peculiar setup. Noise from slamming doors can be rather irritating at early hours, especially for those wanting a good sleep.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a spacious, modern room with perfect cleanliness. The Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent at times.

The queen room with two queen beds was highly spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, made for a great night's sleep. The customer service was excellent, especially from the cleaning staff who managed our request for extra bedding efficiently. Breakfast was great, a big money saver when traveling with family, and they even have an indoor pool for some fun!

the bathroom door swings all the way shut and doesn't stay open, which can be a bit inconvenient.
